It’s honestly always a hit or miss with portion sizes especially because they always have new staff but other than that the food is great (portions were great this time)

We discovered Pokeworks seven weeks ago and have now eaten there seven times! Plus, we've already informed three other people about it. The atmosphere is simple, ingredients are fresh, and Virginia is awesome! She has helped us every time, except partially once. I now ask for her because on our first visit, she took the time to explain how it worked, and was patient as we chose our ingredients, and she seems to be the only one who smiles!!! The food is yummy and fresh, and Virginia's kindness and patience, keep us coming back!

Pokeworks delivered a solid experience overall, earning a confident four stars. The poké bowl itself was on the smaller side, especially considering I ordered a large with an extra protein — when you pay for more, you expect more. That said, the quality was absolutely there. The customization options were fantastic, and every ingredient tasted fresh and clean. I also tried a sushi burrito — something I’d never even heard of before — and it ended up being the standout of the order. I saved it for lunch the next day, and the filling was spot‑on this time. Again, super fresh ingredients and great flavor all the way through. This was a delivery order, so I’m definitely planning to check out the in‑store experience next time to get a better feel for the vibe. Overall, good food, great ingredients, and a couple of pleasant surprises.

Best sushi bowl experience I could ever have. The Hooley teriyaki chicken was fantastic. The spicy shrimp bowl was awesome, we got the tasty little ahi and salmon bites, and then also the Salmon and they were awesome and delicious. When the kids got home, they ate them and they loved it. And so we really thank the staff of pokeball, and the proprietors of this facility for all of their efforts and for the just the great service we had been soup, also was delicious.

Can’t speak on atmosphere as I ordered for delivery via their website. Not sure what is going on with this location. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this location this weekend. Before (months ago) portion sizes were great and order was always perfect. Seems now they have went really down hill. I always order 3 protein bowl, yet protein size is getting smaller and smaller portions. 3 pieces of shrimp. Bowl is no longer even filled to the top. Also, had a coupon for a free cookie. Put it in my order, yet wasn’t delivered. Tried to call the location 7 times now, no one answers. Emailed the customer service, we shall see what happens there. I will not be doing business here any longer. It seems customers service is not the top priority here. Not worth the almost $18!!
